Services

Software for the work you already do.

We build the systems schools, NGOs, and clinics run on — replacing paper, scattered spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with something a non-technical team can operate on its own.

What we take on

Where engagements usually start.

Most engagements begin as one of these and grow into the next. Each one lists what is actually included, so you can tell before a call whether it is the thing you need.

01/07

Full Product Builds

The whole system built and handed over running: workflows mapped, schema designed, interface built, and your team trained on the result.

  • Workflow walkthroughs before any code is written
  • Schema, interface, and rollout handled end to end
  • Typical cycle of six to eight weeks
  • Your team runs it without us after handover
02/07

Paper and Spreadsheet Migration

Years of notebooks, forms, and scattered sheets moved into one source of truth, without losing a record or pausing intake while it happens.

  • Every existing record accounted for before cutover
  • Intake keeps running during the move
  • Old sheets stay readable until you retire them
  • One place to look instead of six
03/07

Automation and Reporting

Recurring reports, reminders, and compliance packets generated from data your team already enters once, instead of rebuilt by hand every month.

  • Reports generated from live data, not re-keyed
  • Reminders and escalations that fire on their own
  • Funder and regulator packets on a schedule
  • Exports the office tools you already use still accept
04/07

Records and Case Management

Student, beneficiary, or patient records in one place with the history attached, so whoever picks up a case can see what already happened.

  • One record per person, with the full history
  • Role-based access for who can see what
  • Notes and documents attached to the case
  • Search that works the way staff describe people
05/07

Website and Intake

A site families, funders, and search engines can actually find, with enquiries landing somewhere a real person watches instead of an unread inbox.

  • Content your staff can update without us
  • Enquiries routed to a named owner
  • Spam filtered before it reaches anyone
  • Fast on the phones your community actually uses
06/07

Support Retainers

Continuous small work for teams that need a technical partner more than another big project: fixes, changes, and someone who already knows the system.

  • A named engineer who already knows your system
  • Small changes without a new scoping round
  • Monthly hours rather than an hourly scramble
  • Cancel when you no longer need it
07/07

Mobile Apps

Android and iOS apps for work that happens away from a desk — field visits, classrooms, and clinics — built once in React Native and shipped through EAS.

  • One codebase for Android and iOS
  • Built for mid-range phones, not flagships
  • Store submission and release handled for you
  • Works where the work happens, not only at a desk

The stack we ship on

Production-grade substrates

Boring, well-supported technology we can still maintain in three years. Everything here has carried a production system with real users on it — none of it is a list we have only read about.

01 / Languages and frameworks

Typed from the interface down to the API layer. One language across the whole system means a change is checked everywhere it lands, not just where someone remembered to look.

  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • Rust
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js

  • Tailwind CSS
02 / APIs and data

Relational where records matter, document where they do not. Schemas designed so a report is a query someone can run, not a spreadsheet export somebody maintains by hand.

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • MongoDB
03 / Cloud and infrastructure

Kubernetes on GCP provisioned with Terraform — GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry — carrying roughly 12,700 requests a day for a platform used across 351 schools. Cloudflare Workers where the edge suits the job better.

  • Terraform
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • CI/CD
04 / Testing and observability

Browser tests before a release, error tracking and product analytics after it. When something breaks we hear it from a dashboard rather than from your staff.

Scope boundaries

What we do not do

Worth reading before you write to us. Knowing where we stop is usually faster than three calls finding out.

We do not staff-augment

You are not renting seats. We take a problem, build the system that solves it, and hand it over — the same people who scoped it write it.

We do not pass work to a junior bench

The engineer in your first call is the engineer who ships. There is no account layer between the brief and the work.

We do not resell software licences

No margin on tools we recommend. If an off-the-shelf product genuinely fits better than something custom, we will say so.

We do not take brochure-only redesigns

A new coat of paint on the same manual process does not help anyone. If there is no system behind it, we are the wrong studio.

Tell us what is slowing your team down and we will show you how we would engineer it.
